ŽISPB
VšĮ Žmogiškųjų išteklių stebėsenos ir plėtros biuras (ŽISPB) is a non-governmental not for profit regional organisation organization with small amount of permanent staff members but a significant number of external experts and volunteers.
The objectives of ŽISPB are:
- to observe, analyze and assess social phenomena and processes in the field of social and educational policy;
- to create, adapt and implement innovative social and educational initiatives and projects related to formal and non-formal education both to professionals and different target groups.
Organization develops and implements various projects, initiatives and interventions at both national-local and transnational level, in collaboration with formal and non-formal adult education providers, research centres, associations, NGOs, social cooperatives, SMEs, training centres, local institutions, public services, schools, etc.
The services are provided both for professionals as social workers, teachers, trainers, social partners, etc. and for different target groups as families including of social risk, young people including with special needs, young offenders and ex offenders, female offenders, etc. Also we have an ICT group which creates websites, information sharing tools, social hubs for the projects.
ZISPB is an organisation skilled in managing projects and we have a wide experience gained over many years of working on different LLP Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, etc. projects. Organisation has a range of internal policies and procedures in place that govern levels of staff that can authorisepayments, signatories, payment documentation, etc. Organisation has expertise in assessing and developing soft skills, developing and implementing new learning methods, working out new strategies, methodical materials and programmes regarding effective vocational insertion. As well we are skilled in pilot trainings, e-learning, accreditation of programmes, quality assurance, dissemination and valorisation, project management, research, conferences and venues, etc.
